For additional information and to order tickets, please follow the link below. 5-November-2006EVENT ANNOUNCEMENT - The New York City Chapter of the Ukrainian Engineers Society of America togther with the New York Metro chapter of the Ukrainian Medical Association of North America and the Ukrainian Institute of America is happy to invite the community to the their annual traditional Yalynka celebration in New York City. 23-September-2006For the past few years, the Chapter has been holding a “Fall Zabava” in one form or another. Every year the format would be altered slightly in an effort to increase attendance. This year, we decided to take a different approach. We looked at the successful Yalynka and pulled out some elements that we felt would make a good social event. From this came the idea of an End of Summer Mixer. 15-March-2006 On March 15th, 2006, the Ukrainian Engineers’ Society of NYC presented a lecture by Walter Hanchuk, Patent Attorney for Chadbourne & Parke LLP on “Engineering Inventions, New Technologies, and Intellectual Property ", at the Ukrainian Institute, 2 East 79th Street, NYC. 26-January-2006 The New York City Chapter held its second annual celebration of Ukrainian New Years, Malanka, at the upstate resort of Soyuzivka. The weekend began with a Pub Night held in the Main House Bar. Live entertainment was provided in the form of guitar duo Zuki & Friend. The following evening, the Malanka Ball wall held. The night began with a short cocktail hour where guests could mingle and exchange greetings and best wishes for the coming New Year. 1-January-2006 As in years past, the New York City Chapter of the Ukrainian Engineers’ Society of America, together with the Ukrainian Medical Association of North America and the Ukrainian Institute of America, held the annual New York City “Yalynka.” The event took place on Saturday December 15th in the Ukrainian Institute of America.
